Ellooo, Good day peeps!
I know right I haven't been updating any "proper" blog post in a while, so here's one for anyone whose still reading this site.
Let's finish up all the overdue posts, this was happened on March during my family trip. As mentioned in above title, it happened in Hong Kong the cantoland. :)
Loving the city signage in different subway stations, very colorful aye?
Of course we didn't manage to go to all the places above, we only made it to some. So basically we had to take our own risk to snap a pic of the signage whenever the train stop at certain station, and to get a better and clearer pic, we had to get ready by the door till it open, once it opened, quickly zoom and snap! There you go colorful signage collage. =)
It wasn't smooth when we touched down coz it drizzled all day long and we couldn't find the budget hotel that we reserved earlier. Fortunately, thanks to a friendly taxi driver who being very helpful and patient to search the place for us in a bad day. Spent around 30-40min, settled down, and off we went for lunch.

Typical char chan teng in Mongkok suggested by thr hotel staff. Hot foods to warm our body since the weather was really cold.
Wandered around the Women's street 女人街, a market open from noon to night selling all kinds of souvenir stuff like keychains, magnets, bags, etc. Its not a place where you can buy fine quality stuff, but it was kinda fun to just roam around.
Some stall selling interesting costume, spot the uniquely elephant undies for guys? LOL!
Shared some street foods, we especially love the stinky taufu and curry fish balls.
The kind of taxi where we used to see from TVB drama. =D
Feeling very drama-ish while walking on the street.
This Fei Jie snacks stall is highly recommeneded!!
Their marinated pork intestines and octopus with their special sauce and some mustard was simply the best! We had them twice in a day! :)
Jiun doing her signature pose, suppose to be a heart I guess.
Went to The Peak next, one of the famous tourist attractions in HK.
I was dying to hop on the peak tram which brings people up to the peak tower to enjoy the panoramic view of the cantonland, but the service was closed on that day due to the volume of mists was too high up there, so we had to give up eventually. :'(
Instead, we enjoyed a lot in Madame Tussauds - the renowned chain of wax museums, which has over 100 wax figures ranging from Hollywood stars, Asian stars, sport celebrities, characters, and world leaders.
From Hollywood-e Nicole Kidman, Meryl Streep, Will Smith (my fav hollywood actor), Lady Gaga, Beatles, Johnny Depp, and the Legendary, Michael Jackson.
From Asia- Ayumi Hamasaki, Teresa Tang, Mao Zedong, Sumo player (forget his name), Korea leader (forget his name too =.=) and Jay Chou!
Leo Ku, Twins, Jet Li, Michelle Yeoh, Donald Tsang, & Louis Ku
Leon Lai, Anita Mui, Lee Kuan Yew, Aaron Kwok, Lim Chi Ling, Yao Ming, Astro Boy, & Leslie Cheung.
This is the clearest pic among all, others were almost blurry due to the mists.
Got down from the hill and returned to Mongkok
Dined in a Teochew's restaurant and called it a day. How tired we all looked in this pic, lol!
HK has the brightest night ever, it always feel the night's still young even though it was quite late.
Loving the neon lights =)
To be continue....
