Lunch @ TarC fine-dining restaurant

Our practical class runs like this, each class separated into 3 groups (A, B and C) with 9 to 10 people, our class's practical time is on Wednesday, so the first week will be Group A in the main kitchen to prepare all the foods, group B in restaurant to serve and group C will be in laundry to wash all the linens that had been used in the kitchen and restaurants. And then we will take turn into this three departments until week 14, so we will be having 4 rounds of kitchen practicals, restaurant practical and laundry in this whole semester.

I lunched with Wei Yee yesterday to support group B's theme restaurant while we were in laundry. Well their theme (Airlines) was a good one, lovely and simple but they had lesser decoration than ours (Casino theme- gonna post some picture of our "casino" here next time). I enjoyed the ambiance very much especially their music, the waitresses' costume and the menu card specially designed by them. The most important is, foods were extremely scrumptious! Mmm.... I can still recall how tender is the chicken and how tasty is the soup!! Great Job for the group inside kitchen. =)

Passport Menu

Seared sea salmon served with oriental vinaigrette.

Corn and crab chowder served with caramelized apples and croutons.
*the best cream soup I've ever had in my life*

Roasted chicken layered served with stew broccoli, cauliflower and walnuts.
I love the baked potatoes which you cannot see by this picture because it was hidden in the middle. Baked potatoes were so nice ok when it was baked with cheese and milk~~

Rashberry yogurt cake. Ouuhh I love cakes! =D

With Kren the waitress.
Wei Yee and I were the only customer who able to finished all the foods, haha!

Thank You souvenir by them.
And then we were so fulled like those foods had reached our throat after that, so
Rm12 for four courses and coffee or tea,
absolutely worth it right?!
Hehe!
