Had the second round of kitchen practical and I swear I'll never want to work inside the kitchen in my future, especially those kitchen in hotel. I can imagine how even worse will it turn out to be when it is in real industry, because just a practical class is enough to make us collapse!
Today was my turn to be in the pastry class for dessert, and you know what, it is very fortunate as this week's dessert theme is banana. Woohoo~ I got so much excited bout this because I love everything made by banana, no matter pie, cake or tart, so we made "Mocha Banana Cream Cheese Cake" with the lead of our lecturer. I'm really glad that it got good response from the customers. We learned how to cook banana jam and bake whole wheat bread too. =D *happy~
After serving time was cleaning time, I've been assigned to wash all the dishes, 100 dinner plates, 35++ bowls, don't know how many sheet pans, frying pans, baby plates, etc etc. This is an extremely exhausted task!! Specially thanks to those who help to wash too, I admire the power of teamwork and cooperation among us. lol. Kamsa hamnida~~
