No Hello

Had my telephone skill test today, as you all know i'm a hotel management student, for sure i have to learn some front office thingy and here comes my first telephone test after twi-lessons.
Usually people will just greet by "hello" once they pick up a called, but, there's no HELLO for us, we'll definitely scold by the lecturer and fail the test if we answer hello on the phone called. lol.
Our way to greet will be start like this:

"Good Morning, Hilton Hotel, this is Stephanie's speaking, how may i assist you?"

So pro right? lol. Next i don't think you readers will get interest on how's the following appropriate polite way on talking to a customer through phone, so shall skip it, ;D

We only have three hotel's room in our college, student takes turn to go into one of the room, and there are telephones inside, once u get in, sit down, take a long breath, ring ring ring, the test start.
It was a called from my lecturer, she acted as an outsider guest and call the hotel to look for her friends (the friend might be our hotel's staff or room guest), and there was a paper written the question that i have to answer, also a paper to jot down the message leave by the caller.
Know what, i was shocked when the phone rang when it was my turn, as i was hypnotizing myself to stay calm and not to nervous... I can clearly feel my hands were both trembled when i picked up the phone and words were hard to come out from my mouth, it was falter when i talked. ;(

Anyhow, should be no problem i think, at least i finished noted down what the message leave by the lecturer, haha. Guess i have to sleep now so that i won't be late for the class start at 9am tomorrow, so, goodnight people, goodnight world.
