Goodbye~

Here comes the last day of 2008 years.....

I never celebrate on this special last day every year, i only passed it by watching count down shows on the TV with family, and the sister n I will sacrificed our sleeping time to wait for the fireworks in Sandakan. This is how i celebrated the new year came!

Until last year, i celebrated it with all the best friends of mine in Grace's house! Yea~ we had steamboat, truth or dare time, karaoke, sitting outside the house to wait for the fireworks (but we only heard some voices only, cannot even see any firework). We had so much fun and made a promise that we are going to count down together every year. But, unfortunately, we are not able to make it for this year, few of us are not in Sandakan, still struggling with our own exams... so sorry for that, friend, cannot achieve what we had promise before... ;'(

It comes to an end of this year, somehow this is a meaningful year for me...! Let's reminisce what had happened for this whole year.... Hmm....

-My first away from home to Kampar, Perak. Life without family around, it's tough, and i do really miss them a lot! Learnt to be more independent and take good care of myself! The thing that annoyed me the most would be--> i have to think what to eat everyday and wash clothes without washing machine. =.=

-Separated with all the best buddies from Sandakan. The true-heart friends, the forever friends, the friends for life! Everyone were in different places, less contact, less meet, but the bond between each of us will never get weaker! >.< I miss the high school life, no matter in the canteen, the astaka, dewan bacaan, the front gate of our school, I miss these precious time! We're crazy, we're noisy, we're lovely, we're lively, we're enjoyable! I need them terribly~

-Had the chance to study my first choice course, hotel management. Learnt many things in the kitchen, in the restaurant and the laundry, learnt to cook set menu (from salad, soup to the main course), learnt to serve in American and Russian service, learnt to be a supervisor as well ^^

-Met new friends here, come from different states and keep asking me how's Sandakan looks like! I finally adapted to the environment, the peoples here!
I learnt to be more aggressive, have positive thinking, learnt to forgive and forget.

-Growing up to be more mature?! i think! lol! Not to cry easily anymore, not to trust people easily, learnt to solve troubles myself, learnt to be more independent, and learnt to be happier.

Conclusion: It's been an active and meaningful year for me. Maybe its not the best year but i treasured it a lot! ^^
